Born June 29, 1948 in Freysville, PA, he was a son of the late William J. Sr. and Verna E. (Frey) Todd. William was a proud graduate of Red Lion Area Senior High School, class of 1966. His talent as a trophy-holding archer earned him the title of state champion. Additionally, he was a knowledgeable handyman, proficient in both construction and automobile repair. Bill was deeply involved in his community, having served as the President of the Red Lion Area Senior High School Tennis Booster Club and was active with the Soccer Booster Club. He also was a loyal fan of Penn State football, the Eagles, the Orioles, and the Phillies. One of his greatest joys was watching his sons and grandsons perform music and play sports.

Todd and his wife Kendra of Jacobus, PA, David Todd of Arlington, VA, and Kevin Todd of Southern Pines, NC; two grandsons Bradley and Carter Todd; and two sisters, Mary Ann Snyder and Iris McGuigan.
