William R. Seitzinger

William R. Seitzinger, Sr. William R. Seitzinger, 86 of Orwigsburg, PA died Saturday evening at the Pottsville Hospital shortly after admission. Born in Pottsville, PA February 22, 1922, he was the son of the late Roy and Edna Mae Werner Seitzinger. He was a 1939 graduate of Pottsville High School. Mr. Seitzinger start his career as a auto mechanic, later he and his brother Robert owned and operated Seitzinger Brothers Ford of Pottsville. They were also involved with Real Estate investment & development and started the Fairlane Village Mall. He was still active with Mill Creek Leasing, Inc. Mr. Seitzinger was a member of the Trinity Episcopal Church, Schuylkill Country Club, The Toastmasters , and a past member of the Pottsville Kiwanis Club. He is preceded in death by his parents and two wives Ann Allison and Elizabeth L "Betty" Davis, and a brother Robert K. Seitzinger. Surviving are three sons William R. "Skip" Seitzinger, Jr., Cameron B., husband of Robin Seitzinger, both of Orwigsburg, PA and Robert K., husband of Veronica Seitzinger, Reading, PA., and two granddaughters Allison and Carly Seitzinger, Orwigsburg, PA., two nieces and two nephews. Graveside services will be conducted on Tuesday at the Charles Baber Cemetery, Pottsville, PA. The Rev. James Rinehart officiating. There will be no calling hours Monday evening or Tuesday morning. Family and friends will gather at the gravesite so there will be no procession from the Schlitzer-Allen-Pugh Funeral Home, Inc. to the cemetery.
