William J. Kelch Sr

Dover—William J. Kelch Sr, 68, passed away Sunday, April 4, 2010 at Manor Care Health Services-North. He was the husband of Barbara A. (Schaefer) Kelch to whom he was married for 47 years. A celebration of life service will be private at the convenience of the family. Heffner Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Inc, 1551 Kenneth Rd, York is in charge of arrangements. Born December 4, 1941 in Baltimore, MD, he was the son of Amelia (Lasek) Kelch of Bel-Air, MD and the late George W. Kelch. He was a small business owner and building contractor of William Kelch and Sons for 15 years. He enjoyed fishing, horseback riding, photography and community politics. In addition to his wife, Mr. Kelch is survived by, two sons, William J. Kelch Jr, and wife, Janice of Bel-Air, MD and Kelly K. Kelch and wife, Charity of Dillsburg, one daughter, Stacey L. Myers and husband, Ron of Baltimore, MD, four grandchildren, Kayla and Ryan Myers and William J. Kelch III and Daniel J. Kelch and his dogs, Lola and Izzy.
