Milton - William H. "Wild Bill" Albertson, 85 of Red Hill Road, passed away Wednesday, April 23, 2008 at his residence. He was born February 20, 1923 in Williamsport the son of the late Harry & Laura (Heller) Albertson. Bill was married on November 15, 1946 to the former Phyllis E. Enterline. He worked for A.C. & F. retiring in 1985 after 60 years. He served in the Army during WWII. He was a member of Christ Lutheran Church, Loyal Order of the Moose, V.F.W. Post 1665, American Legion, Shakespeare Rod and Gun Club all of Milton. He was an avid bowler and enjoyed hunting and fishing. Surviving are his loving wife of 61 years. Two sons Charles W. (Jennifer) Albertson of Bridgewater, ME and Stephen W. (Patricia) Albertson of Milton. Two daughters Billie Jean (William E.) Albertson of Milton and Vicki A. (Dennis) Reichenbach of Sunbury. Nine grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren Also surviving are his half-brother David Flick of Port Orange, FL He was preceded in death by two sisters Hazel Johnson and Retta Mae Horn. The funeral service will be held 1:00 P.M., Friday, April 25, 2008 at the Dale E. Ranck Funeral Service, 125 N. Front Street, Milton with Pastor Pat Pittsnogle officiating. Friends and relatives will be received at the funeral home on Friday from 11:30 - 1:00 P.M. Interment will be at Milton Cemetery Memorial contributions can be made to the Milton Boat Club, c/o Mr. Clyde Fetzer, 214 Upper Market St., Milton.
