JACKSON TOWNSHIP- William F. Keihl, 58, of Thomasville died Monday, August 24, 2009 at his residence. A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be 1 p.m. on Saturday, August 29, 2009 at Bible Baptist Church, 4190 N. Susquehanna Trail in York. Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Rd. in York is in charge of the arrangements. Mr. Keihl was born in York on September 28, 1950, a son of the late Earl and Virginia (Potter) Keihl. He worked for the former Medicare Supply House, now Apria Health in York, AIG Insurance, Roadstar Productions, and was an ordained pastor who served as a chaplain at York County Prison. He served in the US Navy. Mr. Keihl leaves a son, Scott Keihl of Dallastown, two daughters, Billie Jo Foulk and her husband David of Dover and Tisha E. Spangler of Spring Grove., ten grandchildren, a brother, Earl Keihl, Jr., of Johnstown and a sister, Yvonne Fink of Red Lion. A sister, Beverly Fetrow preceded him in death.
