Willard Stanley 'Sneezy' Snyder

MILTON - Willard S. “Sneezy” Snyder, 86, died on Monday, October 15, 2012 at the Kramm Health Care Center, Milton. Willard was born on October 15, 1926 in Jordan Twp. and was the son of the late Felix E. and Mary E. (Strohecker) Snyder. He was married to the former Margaret E. “Peg” (Kurtz) who survives and would have celebrated 35 years of marriage on December 10th. Willard had worked at Chef Boyardee for 35 years and retired on November 1, 1988. After retirement, he continued to work on small engines. He was Christian by faith and enjoyed traveling and being with his family. In addition to his wife “Peg”, he is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law; Roger D. and Carol Snyder of White Deer and Stanley R. and Diane Snyder of McAlisterville, one daughter and son-in-law; Sally A. and Ronald Morehart of Watsontown, seven grandchildren; Wayne Snyder, Kimberly Murray, Jeremy Snyder, Amy Craig, Stacy Morehart, Christopher Snyder and Jason Snyder and ten great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife of 28 years, Daisy (Hans) Snyder and one sister; Dorothy Klinger. There will be a public viewing from 12 to 1 p.m. Wednesday, October 17, 2012 at The Dale E. Ranck Funeral Service, 125 N. Front St., Milton where the funeral service will begin at 1:00 p.m. The Reverend Jerry L. Caswell will officiate the service. Burial will follow in the McEwensville Cemetery.
