Wesley N. "Wes" Potts

LOCK HAVEN - Wesley N. “Wes” Potts, 25, died unexpectedly Sunday, August 23, 2015 at the Lock Haven Hospital. Wesley was born on September 13, 1989 in Philadelphia and was the son of Annette Shannon of Philadelphia. He was a graduate of Loyalsock High School, Class of 2007 and had attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He had attended Cornerstone Fellowship Church, Jersey Shore. When he was in high school, he was drum major for the band, and member of the Drama Club, Chorus and Odyssey of the Mind. He was an employee of the Lock Haven Express. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his adopted mother; Murry Potts of Williamsport, one daughter; Casidee Jean Sabatino-Potts of Williamsport and one sister; Annette Laidacker of Watsontown. He was preceded in death by one brother; Shannon A. Potts in 2006. There will be a public viewing 12 – 2 p.m. Saturday, August 29, 2015 at the Allen & Redmond Funeral Home, 331 Elmira St., Williamsport where the funeral will be held at 2 P.M. Pastor Jeff Pennycoff and the Reverend Quintin Blanton will officiate the service. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family.
