Wayne Truman Boyd

YOE - Wayne Truman Boyd, 69, died Thursday, July 18, 2013 at his residence. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, July 24, 2013 at Life Tributes by Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Place in Red Lion, with a viewing from 1-2 p.m. Burial will be in Salem Community Cemetery. Certified Celebrant Betty Frey will be officiating at the service. Mr. Boyd was born on May 14, 1944 in Windsor Township, the son of the late Truman W. and Velma R. (Schmuck) Boyd. He retired after more than 30 years of service from Kinsley Construction. Mr. Boyd leaves two daughters, Angela Boyd McCormick of Huntingdon Valley, PA and Kathy Boyd David of Carlisle; four grandchildren; Cara David, Sean David, Roan McCormick, and Erin McCormick; a brother Ray Boyd of Red Lion; and two sisters, Florine Deller of Dallastown and Linda Arnold of Red Lion. He was preceded in death by two sisters, June Flinchbaugh and Doris Boyd.
