WINDSOR- Wanda Marie (Kopp) Ruby, 79, died on Sunday, June 22, 2014 at Manor Care Health Services, South. She was the wife of the late Harold S. Ruby, who passed away on July 10, 2004. A celebration of life tribute service will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, June 26, 2014 at Life Tributes by Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Pl., Red Lion, with her pastor, the Reverend Thomas R. Osenbach officiating. A viewing will be from 1 to 2 p.m. prior to the service. Burial will be in Canadochly Cemetery. Born on December 24, 1934 in York, she was a daughter of the late Jacob A. and Isabel M. (Keller) Kopp. Wanda worked at Wilton Armetale, Graham Packaging and later as a deli clerk for Barry’s Food Market, where she retired from in 2012. Mrs. Ruby was a member of Bethlehem Stonepile United Methodist Church. Mrs. Ruby is survived by two sons, Robert Yeager and his wife, Deb of Wrightsville and Sidney Kopp of Wrightsville; three daughters, Jean Smith and her husband, Robert of Wrightsville, Denise Shoff and her husband, Darryl of Wrightsville and Diane Buckingham and her husband, Mark of York; eight grandchildren, Tisha, Stacey, Jason, Justin, Darren, Josh, Sterling and Jessie; 13 great grandchildren; one brother, John Kopp and his wife, Norma of Middletown; and one sister, Miriam Copenhaver and her husband, John of Thomasville. She was preceded in death by one brother, Richard Kopp. Memorial contributions may be made to Bethlehem Stonepile United Methodist Church, 250 Bethlehem Church Rd., Red Lion, PA 17356.
