Wanda Lou Rishel

SPRING GROVE - Wanda Lou (Lehr) Rishel, 65, passed away Thursday, October 15, 2020 at UPMC Memorial Hospital. She was married for 28 years to her late husband Charlie I. Rishel who passed away October 13, 2019. Mrs. Rishel was born on December 28, 1954 in York, a daughter of the late C. Louise (Smith) Raffensberger and the late Elmer G. Lehr, Sr. She was a 1972 graduate of West York High School. Wanda enjoyed gardening and was an avid sprint car fan who particularly followed Bobby Allen and the Shark Racing Team. Mrs. Rishel is survived by two sons, Shawn M. and wife Christian Ierley of Wellsville and Jeff L. and wife Crystal Ierley of York; seven grandchildren; and three brothers, Elm Lehr of Mt.
