Wallace E. Horkey

RENOVO - Wallace E. Horkey, 70, of Cross Fork died Tuesday, July 30, 2013 at Bucktail Medical Center, S. Renovo where he resided since March. He was born July 18, 1943 in Carmichaels, PA the son of the late Albert and Edna (Langenheim) Horkey. He worked as a truck driver for Flowers Bakery in Danbury, NC for 20 years. Wallace attended Sunset Memorial Church. He was a member of Tamarack Grange #1388 he enjoyed hunting, fishing and NASCAR. Surviving are two brothers Kenneth (Marlene) Horkey of Cross Fork and Ronald K. Horkey of Elkton, MD and a sister Karen Pulanco of Waldorf, MD. Several nieces and nephews also survive. He was preceded in death by a brother Albert D. Horkey February 22, 2009. Services will be private at the convenience of the Family.
