Virginia Ruth (Rohland) Bennage

MILTON - Virginia Ruth (Rohland) Bennage, 85, died on Saturday, February 26, 2011 at Evangelical Community Hospital, Lewisburg. Virginia was born on April 24, 1925 in Lewisburg and was the daughter of the late A.W. and Ellen K. (Hartley) Rohland. On March 19, 1950, she married Franklin A. Bennage, who survives and celebrated 60 years as husband and wife. She was a dedicated homemaker. In addition to her husband, she is survived by three sons and two daughters-in-law; Bruce W. and Joan Bennage, Rich L. Bennage and Ernest A. and Charlene Bennage, all of Milton, five grandchildren; Yvette Bennage, Ricki Bennage and his wife Lisa, Rodney Bennage, Alicia Bennage and Melissa Bilger and her husband Chris, and two great-grandchildren; Aubrie Bilger and Alyssa Bennage. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters; Helen and Mabel and two brothers; John and Bruce. The funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday, March 3, 2011 at The Dale E. Ranck Funeral Service, 125 N. Front St., Milton, PA 17847 with a viewing being held from 10 to 11. The Reverend Jill V. Seagle will officiate the services. Burial will follow in Twin Hills Memorial Park, Muncy.
