Violet L. Brown

Troy, Pennsylvania Violet L. Brown Age 91, of 180 Willow Street, Troy, PA passed away peacefully at home Saturday, October 18, 2008 following a lengthy illness. Family and friends are invited to a memorial service that will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday, October 21, 2008 at the Troy Baptist Church with Reverend Gary Zuber officiating. Interment will be at the convenience of the family in Glenwood Cemetery, Tory, PA. Violet was born October 4, 1917 in Elmira Heights, New York the daughter of the late John E. and Cora B. (Campbell) Ellison. She was a member of the Troy Baptist Church and the Fire Department Auxiliary. Survivors include her son Willard Brown of Troy, PA dear friends Robert and Evelyn Gee of Troy and Reverend Gary Zuber and many church friends. Her husband Carl Brown predeceased her.
