Treva D. Darr

York--Treva D. (Dellinger) Darr, 95, passed away Friday, May 19, 2023 at Rest Haven Nursing Home. She was the wife of the late Robert C. Darr to whom she was married for 74 years.

A Graveside Tribute Service for Treva and Robert will be 10:00AM Saturday June 10, 2023 at Christ United Methodist Cemetery-Jacobus (Located Behind Smith Village). Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Place, Red Lion is in charge of arrangements.

Born February 29, 1928 in York, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Verna (Shirey) Dellinger. She was a graduate of William Penn High School and a long-time member of Christ Church-Jacobus.

She was employed by the York Bank and Trust Company for many years until her retirement in 1986.

Mrs. Darr is survived by two daughters, Sue Ream and husband, Mark of York and Nancy Darr of Jacobus; one son, Steve Darr and wife, Shelley of Cranbury, NJ; six grandchildren, Nathan, Ryan, Kevin, Missy, Allison and Elizabeth and five great grandchildren, Isequiel, Lucas, Elena, Kaleb and Milo. She was preceded in death by a son, Phil Darr.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Christ Church-Jacobus, 200 North Main Street, Jacobus, Pa 17407.
