LOWER WINDSOR TOWNSHIP- Tre Isaac Parker, 19, of Windsor was called home by his Lord Friday, November 26, 2010. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 4, 2010 at Life Tributes by Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Place in Red Lion. There will be a viewing from 6-9 p.m. on Friday and a visitation from 10-11 a.m. on Saturday at the funeral chapel. Tre was born in York on August 31, 1991, a son of Cornell Parker, Jr. of York and Tammy Leiphart of Windsor. In addition to his parents, he is survived by a brother, Robert Bowman of Windsor, a God Brother, Billy Payton of Hellam, maternal grandmother, Linda Mattox of Windsor, a maternal grandfather Carlos Mercado of Puerto Rico, paternal grandmother Gwendolyn M. Ruffin, and paternal grandfather George Ruffin. Tre also leaves his Aunt Maria and Uncle Chad and cousins, Caleb, Cody, and Alyssa; his Uncle Carlos, Aunt Heather, and cousins, Olivia and Emma; his Aunt Katrina and Uncle Jeff; his Aunt Nicole; his Uncle Jerome and Aunt Mya and cousins, Damar, Ashleigh, Kaprisha, and Shanae. He was preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Harry and Ethel Leiphart, a great, great grandmother Lucille, his cousin Patrick Enfield and a beloved dog Bandit. Tre graduated in 2009 from Eastern York Senior High School, where he was a distinguished Honor Roll student. He attended Shippensburg University. He was currently working for Hire Dynamics and Sonic. He played baseball, football, basketball, and soccer throughout his years in the Eastern York School District. Tre was a patient, kind talented and caring child who was a role model to many of his peers. His kindness touched an insurmountable number of people in his short life. He will be fondly remembered by his CREW and hundreds of friends and extended family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Tres name c/o Metro Bank.
