Tracey Lee (Kinard) Wiltsie

YORK- Tracey Lee (Kinard) Wiltsie, 50, died on Saturday, February 4, 2017 at York Hospital. A celebration of life tribute service will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, February 8, 2017 at Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Rd., York with Certified Celebrant Betty Frey officiating. A visitation will be from 1-2 p.m. prior to the service. Born on November 10, 1966 in York, she was the daughter of Jacqueline (Wiley) Howard and the late Lester Kinard. Tracey is survived by one son, Drew Wiltsie and his wife, Beverly of Columbia; one daughter, Brandy Salsgiver of York; two grandchildren, Makayla and Lillian Wiltsie; one brother, Jeffery Howard of Felton; and niece, Josey Howard of Felton.
