Tonia L Olmeda

YORK- Tonia Lee (Krone) Olmeda, 69, passed away Monday, September 26, 2016 at her home. Born on December 2, 1946 in York, she was a daughter of the late William Krone and Eva (Snyder) Byerts. Tonia was a devoted mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was an avid reader and enjoyed being home with her family. She was a long time employee of Stanley Tools where she was hardworking and selfless. Ms. Olmeda is survived by her son, Lou Olmeda and wife April of Jacksonville, FL; two daughters, Margy Olmeda of York and Melissa Shaffer and husband Sean of York Haven; eight grandchildren, Kaitlynn, Lee, Sebastian, Job, Davey and fiancé Mandy, Connor, Brett and Sean Jr.; three great grandchildren, Chastity, Damian and Jordan; and her brother, Robert Byerts. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Katherine Glackin and Edith Santiago. Tribute services are private at the convenience of the family.
