Timothy V. Bortner

YORK-Timothy V. Bortner, 57, passed away Monday, April 16, 2018 at his residence. A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, April 21, 2018 at Susquehanna Memorial Gardens in York. Certified Celebrant Debe Snyder will be officiating at the service. Timothy was born in York on March 1, 1960, the son of Sarah V. (Clark) Elicker of Dover and the late Edward P. Bortner, Jr. Along with his mother, Timothy is survived by four sisters, Debra Clark, Karen Masters, Christy Powers, and Lori Fletcher; and a brother, Edward Bortner.
