Thomas W. Colgrove, Jr.

Renovo - Thomas W. Colgrove, Jr., 72 died Monday, February 16, 2009 at James E. Van Zandt Medical Center, Altoona where he resided for the past 13 months. Born January 22, 1937 in Alberta, MI, he was a self-employed truck driver for 45 years. He was married to the former Doris A. Heck on September 19, 1981 they celebrated 27 years of marriage together. He served in the Army during the Korean War. Thomas enjoyed cooking and was a member of the Renovo American Legion. Surviving are his loving wife also one step-son Keith Heck of Oklahoma City, OK one daughter Karen Colgrove of Topeka, KS and a step-grandson Clay Abbott. He is also survived by a sister Carol Nocken of Lake George, NY He was pre-ceded in death by a son Tommy in 1978. Services will be at the convenience of the family.
