Theresa M. Dry

Theresa M. Dry Theresa M. Dry, 80, of Pottsville, passed away Tuesday evening at York Terrace Nursing Home, Pottsville. Born In Forestville on November 20, 1926, she was the daughter of the late George and Margaret Brennan Tracey. She was a 1944 graduate of Pottsville Catholic High School. She was a member of St. Patrick's Church, Pottsville; she volunteered at St. Patrick's Soup Kitchen; she was a member of the West End Hose Co. ladies auxiliary and the Catholic War Veterans Ladies Auxiliary, both of Pottsville. She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald E. Dry, Sr., who died April 21, 2006; her four brothers, Edward, Thomas, Alphonsus and Jack Tracey; her sister, Sister Mary Bernarda Tracey, S.S.J. She is survived by her three daughters, Kathleen Barr, wife of Ronald, of San Antonio, TX, Ann Marie Stasko, wife of Jack, of Manheim, PA and Mary Ann Trostle, wife of Gerald, of Houston, TX; her two sons, Donald E. Dry Jr., of Los Alamos, NM and Richard Dry, husband of Trudy, of Palo Alto, PA; her eight grandchildren, Jennifer Stasko, Timothy Trostle, Rebecca Collier, Jill Stasko, Allyson Trostle, Andee Dry, Donald Dry III and Lindsey Dry; several nieces and nephews. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday morning at 10:00 A.M. in St. Patrick's Church, Pottsville. Friends may call on Friday evening from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. and also on Saturday morning from 8:30 until 9:30 A.M. at the Schlitzer-Allen-Pugh Funeral Home, Inc., Pottsville. Interment will be held in Calvary Cemetery, Hillside, Pottsville. Memorial contributions can be made to St. Patrick's Church, 319 Mahantongo St., Pottsville, PA 17901.
