DOVER – Theresa “Terri” Ann Friedman, 71, passed away peacefully Sunday, January 19, 2025 at The Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, March 1st at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, 950 W. Market Street, York with Rev. Celestine Nwakwuo officiating. Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Road, York is in charge of arrangements. Nursing Honors will be presented by York County White Rose Nurse Honor Guard.
Born April 16, 1953 in Coatesville, PA; a daughter of the late William H. and Theresa (Chili) Puglisi, she was a graduate of Elizabethtown College and earned her Registered Nursing degree from Widener University. Terri retired from Wellspan York Hospital after 43 years of service as an RN. She could often be found working on arts and crafts, home decorating, tending to her plants, or fostering her growing love of owls. Whenever the opportunity presented itself, she loved nothing more than spending time in her beloved Cape May.
Terri is survived by three sons, Michael R. Friedman and girlfriend Crystal Kimball of York, Matthew J. Friedman of northern NJ, and Nathan P. and wife Kelly Friedman of Grantville, PA; a brother, Bill Puglisi; and two sisters, Susan Kennedy and Carol Raffier.
