WINDSOR - Terry L. Arnold, 70, passed away Saturday, December 16, 2017 at his home surrounded by his loved ones after a 12 year courageous battle with heart failure. He was the devoted husband of Lona R. (Beaverson) Arnold. The couple celebrated 51 years of marriage on December 3rd. Born December 25, 1946 in Windsor, Terry was the son of Ferne (Graham) Arnold of Dallastown and the late Pride Arnold. Terry attended Eastern High School and went on to further his education by taking classes in custom color matching from the Lawrence-McFadden and Spruance companies. He excelled and became an expert in that field. He worked for many years as a supervisor in furniture manufacturing, with his most recent employers being Yorktowne Kitchen and Snavely. Terry was an avid hunter and fisherman. He also enjoyed NASCAR as well as restoring and painting cars. Terry will be remembered for his unique sense of humor and dedication to his family. In addition to his wife and mother, Mr. Arnold is survived by two sons, Justin Arnold and his wife Tammy of Red Lion, and Jared Arnold of Red Lion; three grandchildren whom he adored, Ashley Arnold, Brandon Arnold, and Amber Arnold, and his best friend and loving four legged companion, Saber. Along with his father, Terry was preceded in death by his Grandma Sadie; mother-in-law, LaTheda Beaverson, and Uncles, Jack and Ray Arnold. Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Life Tributes by Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Place, Red Lion, is in charge of arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to the York County SPCA, 3159 Susquehanna Trail North, York, PA 17406. The family would like to offer a special thanks to Danielle Lindermann and Dr. Jeffrey Frey, for the superb level of compassion and care they provided to Terry.
