Susan (Ring) Dugan

DOVER- Susan (Ring) Dugan, 53, died after a lengthy battle with cancer on Sunday, April 21, 2013 at York Hospital. A Memorial Service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, April 26, 2013 at St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church, 1502 4th Ave. in York. The Reverend David Robson will be officiating at the service. Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Rd. in York is in charge of the arrangements. Susan was born in Sydney, Nebraska on October 5, 1959. She was the daughter of Joan (Muller) Ring of York and the late Arnold L. Ring. She worked as a cashier at Target in West York, for Con Agra in Highspire and ADM in Camp Hill. Susan was a member of St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church in York. She was a 1977 graduate of Central York High School and a 1979 graduate of Green Mountain College in Poultney, VT. Susan leaves two sons, Joshua A. Dugan and his significant other, Brittany Jones of York and Sean M. Dugan of Seattle, WA; three brothers, Larry A. Ring of Atlantic City, NJ, Steven A. Ring of Hebron, KY and Tom Ring and his wife Gwen of Quechee, VT; a nephew Dylan Ring and a niece Leah Ring.
