Susan E. (Reidel) Faulk

YORK- Susan E. (Reidel) Faulk, 73, passed away Friday, October 26, 2018 at home in the care of her loved ones. Born November 13, 1944 in York, Susan was a daughter to the late Henry Lester and Louise Amanda (King) Reidel. Susan was a loving, caring woman who touched many lives. She treasured those close to her and enjoyed cooking and feeding them. Susan also enjoyed crocheting and cherished her two little dogs, Oreo and Laya. Ms. Faulk is survived by her daughter, Regena Nguyen and her husband Richard; her extended daughter, Melinda Murray; her grandchildren, Mekhi Dykes, Damani Dykes, Jontay Dykes, Dezmen Nguyen, and D’Ohvyan Beatty; two sisters, Tanya Hoskin and her husband, and Vicky Harris and her husband, and numerous extended grandchildren, family and friends. In addition to her parents, Susan was preceded in death by a brother, Michael Reidel and two sisters, Barbara Crumbling and Sandra Firestone. To honor Susan’s caring spirit, memorial contributions may be made to Caring Hospice of Central Pennsylvania, 101 Good Drive, 1st Floor, Lancaster, PA 17603. Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Rd., York, is in charge of arrangements.
