Red Lion—Susan E. (Johnson) Taylor, 60, died Friday, August 10, 2007 at her residence in Windsor Township. She was the wife of Richard E. Taylor to whom she was married for 16 years. A celebration of life service will be held 11 a.m., Saturday, August 18, 2007 at St. Paul's (Chapel) United Methodist Church, 3050 Cape Horn Rd, Red Lion, with the Rev. Gary Weaver officiating. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family. Life Tributes by Olewiler and Heffner Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Place, Red Lion is in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Taylor was born November 22, 1946 in York, the daughter of William Johnson of York and the late Daisy (Litsinger) Johnson. Susan had an extensive career in banking, working for various finical institutions, and most recently she was employed for several years as a branch manager with Bank of Lancaster County. She was a member of Living Word Church and an instrumental part of the church's creation and was currently attending St. Paul's (Chapel) United Methodist Church in Red Lion. In addition to her husband, she is also survived by one daughter, Kristin K. Launsbach of Seaford, Va, one son, Eric D. Zimmerman of Dallastown, one stepson, David C. Taylor of Dallastown, two stepdaughters, Nicole L. Gorog of Butler and R. Susanne Stewart of Clarksburg, W. Va, three grandchildren, Jennifer and Kaitlin Long and Abigail Launsbach, five step grandchildren, Kelsie and Taylor Stewart, Hayleigh Gorog, Todd Dawson and Lona Taylor. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Salvation Army, 50 E. King St., York, Pa 17401.
