Stephen P. Doud

YORK- Stephen P. Doud, Jr., 58, died on Tuesday, January 3, 2017 at his residence. A celebration of life tribute service will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, January 8, 2017 at Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Rd., York with Certified Celebrant Jessica R. Smith officiating. A visitation will be from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. prior to the service. Interment will be in St. John the Baptist Cemetery at a later date. Born on June 5, 1958 in Norristown, he was a son of Doris (Branca) Doud of Jacobus and the late Stephen P. Doud, Sr. Stephen graduated from Upper Merion High School and York College. He was currently employed as an IT Manager with AAA Southern PA in York. Mr. Doud was involved in leadership positions with York County March of Dimes/Walkamerica, York Jaycees, York Little Theater, Dreamwrights Youth and Family Theatre, Hugh O’Brien Youth Foundation Leadership Conference (HOBY), York County Emergency Response Team and Hanover Lancers Drum Corp. Mr. Doud is survived by one brother, Jim Doud and wife, Tracey of York; two sisters, Natalie Bull and husband, Lowell of Seven Valleys and Dana Ilgenfritz and husband, Terry of York; nieces and nephews, Brandon Bull and wife, Kyla, Jaimie O’Malley and husband, Connor, Mallory Ford and husband, Jason, Matthew Ilgenfritz, Brendan Doud, Caley Ziegler and husband, Scott and Tristan Doud; and several great nieces and nephews.
