Stephen Jay Fogg

RED LION- Stephen Jay Fogg, 64, of York Township and San Diego, CA, passed away Sunday, April 24, 2022 at UPMC Memorial Hospital in York. He was the husband of Jessica Ann (Cook) Fogg. The couple celebrated their 34th wedding anniversary on August 13, 2021. A time of gathering and celebration of Stephen’s life will be held, with the family greeting from 11 am-2 p.m. on Saturday, May 7, 2022 at Box Hill Mansion, 1501 Copper Beach Drive in York. Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Place is assisting the family with the arrangements. Stephen was born in Saco, Maine on February 20, 1958, the son of the late Donald Roy and Audrey Lorraine (Cole) Fogg. He was an owner and an operator of Glenn Insurance Agency in Red Lion. Stephen was a 1976 graduate of Thornton Academy in Saco, ME, where he played varsity football, basketball and baseball. He received his Bachelor’s degree from Colby College, where he also played football. He was a member of Lamda Chi Alpha fraternity. Along with his wife Jessica, he leaves a daughter, Chloe Elizabeth Fogg of San Diego; a son, Jack Sanborn Fogg and his wife Lucia of San Diego; two brothers, Kenny Fogg and his wife Tonya of Sharpsburg, Georgia, and John Fogg and his wife Kathy of Saco, ME; a sister, Cathy Baillargeon and her husband Danny of Saco, ME; and nieces and nephews, Adam Baillargeon, Max Baillargeon and his wife Katie, Kailey Fogg and her fiancé Nick, Lauren Fogg, Johnny Fogg, and Cameron Fogg.
