DOVER - Stephen A. Watson, 52, died Wednesday, August 22, 2007 at his residence. He was the husband of Teresa L. [Brillhart] Watson to whom he was married for 20 years. A tribute service will be held at 10:00 AM Monday, August 27, 2007 at Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Road, York with the Rev. Milton Lambertson officiating. A visitation will be held from 9-10:00 AM Monday at the Funeral Chapel. Burial will be private. Born July 14, 1955 in York a son of Mary [Clark] Watson of York and the late George Watson, Jr., he was a machine mechanic at Osram Sylvania, Inc. He was a member of Hawks Gunning Club; Shiloh American Legion, Post 791; a life member of Intl. Supreme Council of the Order of DeMolay; and was an associate member of Fraternal Order of Police, Lodge 73. He also enjoyed spending time deep-sea fishing. In addition to his wife, Mr. Watson is survived by a son, Brandon L. Watson at home; a stepson, Scott A. and wife Michelle Adams of York; three stepdaughters, Carla M. and husband Philip Senft of Dover, Glenda K. and husband James Smith of Houtzdale, Clearfield Co., and Shanna M. Ruth of York; five step grandchildren, Jennifer Senft, Nathan Gibboney, Misti Bear, Joshua Brown, Albany Adams; and two step great grandchildren, Autumn A. Gibboney and Haley J. Heilman; a brother, George V. Watson, III of York; and a number of aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. He was preceded in death by a sister, Sally Ann Watson.
