Shirley A. (Reich) Jacobus

YORK-Shirley Anne (Reich) Jacobus, 82, passed away on Monday, February 19, 2007 at Misericordia Convalescent Home in York, PA. She was the loving wife of Edwin R. Jacobus. They recently celebrated their 59th wedding anniversary on February 4th. Memorial service will be held in the spring at Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, 1551 Kenneth Road in York. Service time will be announced at a later date. Burial will be in Arlington National Cemetery Shirley was born August 24, 1924 in Phillipsburg, NJ. She was the daughter of the late Joseph and Anna (Trux) Reich. In addition to her husband Edwin, Shirley also leaves five children; Kathy A. Vasilas and husband Ron of Ellicott City, MD, Russell S. Jacobus and wife Donna of Chapin, SC, Michael D. Jacobus of Dover PA, Richard E. Jacobus of Dover, PA and Lori M. Cunningham and husband Jesse of Bel Air, MD, six grandchildren; Jason, Becky, Shelly, Erick, Jesse, and Cassidy, one great grandson, Jacob, and one brother, Donald C. Reich of Hellertown, PA.
