RED LION-Sharon L. (Landis) Brown, 70, of York Township, passed away Wednesday, August 2, 2017 at her residence. She was the wife of the late Michael D. Brown. A celebration of life service will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Monday, August 7, 2017 at Life Tributes by Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Place in Red Lion, with a visitation from 12:30-1:30 pm. Pastor Edward J. Ross, III will be officiating at the service. Burial will be in Susquehanna Memorial Gardens in York. Mrs. Brown was born in Yoe on March 26, 1947, the daughter of the late Gerald Landis and Charlene (Frey) Landis Ross. She was the owner and operator of S.L. Kyle Accounting Services in York. Mrs. Brown leaves two brothers, Jeffrey Landis and his wife Barbara and Kevin Landis; a step-father, Edward J. Ross, Jr.; two step daughters, Susan Somerville and her husband Benjamin and Jennifer Nesbit; three step grandchildren, Kailyn Brown, Sophia Nesbit, and Cody Somerville; two step great grandsons, Brayden Dill and Kameron Brown; and nieces and nephews.
