Sena L. Gorman

YORK TOWNSHIP- Sena L. (Johnson) Gorman, 77, of York, died Thursday, December 27, 2007 at her residence. She was the wife of James A. Gorman. The couple celebrated their 57th wedding anniversary on September 23rd. A time of gathering will be 2p.m. on Saturday, January 5, 2007, along with a time of sharing at 3 p.m. at Jerry Johnson and JoAnn Hutchinson's residence, 4531 Conowingo Rd., in Darlington, MD. Mrs. Gorman was born in Baltimore on July 18, 1930, a daughter of the late Earl and Agnes (Huff) Johnson. She retired from the Harford County School System, where she was a cashier in the cafeteria. Mrs. Gorman leaves a son, Gary J. Gorman and his wife, Almeda of Richmond, VA, two granddaughters, six great grandchildren, two brothers: Jerry Johnson of Parkville, MD and Don Johnson of Monkton, MD, and a sister, Audrey Brooks of Essex, MD. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to York Cancer Center, Patient Help Fund, 25 Monument Rd., York, PA 17403 Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Rd. in York is in charge of the arrangements.
