Born December 14, 1965 in York, a son of the late Orpha E. (Waltmyer) Snyder Keller and Charles F. Snyder, he was a 1983 graduate of York Vo-Tech. Scott was a skilled craftsman and master woodworker who worked in the cabinet factory at Capri Kitchens until their closing. More recently he worked at Jessica & Friends Community who shared the following message, “Scott was a loving staff to all of our friends. He loved to laugh and he shared that laughter each day. He was very creative and he used that creativity to help our individuals participate in many different projects, games and crafts. He cooked with them, shared Bible stories with them, played games with them and simply just shared life with them! He was amazing as he interacted with each and every one. He touched each individual in his own special way. Scott will be so missed!” As a member of Spry Church, Scott had served as a Youth Pastor and Grieving Counselor. He also enjoyed using his woodworking skills to restore and refurbish furniture. Scott was a truly special person who loved and cared for everyone as family!
In addition to his wife Doris, Scott is survived by three sons, Daniel W. Aller, Jr. of Brogue, Robert J. Aller of York, and Donald R. and wife Chasity Smith of Shrewsbury; a daughter, Enid M. and husband Shane Stouffer of Dover; eleven grandchildren; a sister, Connie Hayes of North York; and a niece and nephew. He was preceded in death by a grandson, Domonick Aller.
