Sarah R. [Vetenko] Scheivert

YORK - Sarah R. [Vetenko] Scheivert, 55, died Tuesday, February 20, 2007 at York Hospital. She was the wife of Dennis L. Scheivert with whom she was married for 6 years on May 20, 2006. Funeral services will be 4:00 PM Saturday at Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Road, York with her pastor, Rev. Charles Davis officiating. A viewing will be from 2-4:00 PM Saturday at the Funeral Chapel. Born November 9, 1951 in Detroit, MI a daughter of Ellen E. [Piatt] Vetenko of York and the late Howard J. Vetenko, she worked at Weis Markets and had previously worked as a CNA at Clinton Medical Center in Massachusetts. She was a member at Family Worship Center. In addition to her husband, Mrs. Scheivert is survived by two stepsons, Brian and wife Danielle Scheivert of Dover, Kevin and wife Gabrielle Scheivert of West York; a stepdaughter, Sarah and husband J.R. Schneeman of York New Salem; 10 step grandchildren; and a sister, Susie Vetenko of York.
