Sarah O. Wolfe

Sarah O. (Snyder) Wolfe, 104 of Lock Haven died Wednesday, October 20, 2010 at Lock Haven Extended Care Unit. She was born September 23, 1906 in Hicks Run, PA the daughter of William H. and Myrtle V. (Garis) Snyder. Sarah was married to Joseph H. Wolfe who died in 1957. Sarah worked at the former Laurelton Center for 19 years retiring in 1969. She was a member of Great Island Presbyterian Church, Lock Haven. Surviving are one daughter Helen I. Pettit of Sugar Grove, PA, Also a son-in-law Herbert Dunkle of Lock Haven 2 Grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter Viola Dunkle, two sisters Helen McCool, Grace Heckman and two brothers Miles and William. The funeral service will be held 11:00 A.M. Saturday, October 23, 2010 at the Helt Funeral chapel, 232 Hogan Blvd., Mill Hall with Rev. Benjamin Linn officiating. Friends and relatives will be received at the funeral chapel on Saturday from 10:30 11:00 A.M. Interment will be at Reformed and Lutheran Cemetery, Centre Hall.
