Sara E. Weeder

MILL HALL - Sara E. “Chip” (Bauman) Weeder, 76, passed away Sunday, March 4, 2018 at UPMC Susquehanna in Williamsport. She was born June 9, 1941 in Lock Haven a daughter of the late Robert W. and Laura E. (Workman) Bauman. Sara was married on December 20, 1962 to Glen P. “Paul” Weeder, Jr. He died July 9, 2013. They celebrated 50 years of marriage together. She worked in the cafeteria at Keystone Central School for several years. She enjoyed bowling and knitting. Sara was a member of the Castanea Fire Hall, Moose, VFW and the Beech Creek American Legion. Surviving are two sons; Robert P. (Deb) Weeder of Flemington and William (Chris) Weeder of Mill Hall also four grandchildren and four great grandchildren. One sister Ginger Roberts of Bethlehem. Sara was preceded in death by a sister Rose Ballew and a brother William Bauman. A visitation for family and friends will be held on Thursday, March 8, 2018 from 12 Noon to 1:00 p.m. at the Helt Funeral Chapel, 232 Hogan Blvd., Mill Hall.
