Samuel F. Dreisbach

MILTON - Samuel F. Dreisbach, Sr., 84, of Fort Boone Campground, passed away Tuesday, July 29, 2014 at The Gatehouse, Williamsport. He was born in Lewisburg and was the son of the late Daniel and Mary (Hafley) Dreisbach. Samuel was the loving husband of the late Carol A. (Geyer) Dreisbach and they celebrated 25 years of marriage together until her death on January 15, 2007. He worked for A.C.F. Industries of Milton and retired in 1996 after 31 years. He also did some plumbing work early on in his working career. Samuel was of the Methodist faith. He enjoyed fishing, camping and woodworking. Samuel is survived by four sons and two daughters-in-law; Samuel Dreisbach, Jr. of Sunbury, Dale and Zoe Dreisbach of Danville, Gene and Crystal Dreisbach of New Columbia and Richard Dreisbach of New Columbia, one daughter and son-in-law; Mary and Larry Spring of Muncy Valley, 11 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren. In addition to his parents and second wife Carol, Samuel was preceded in death by two brothers; George and Ralph and two sisters; Martha and Dorothy. All services for Samuel will take place at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are being handled by The Dale E. Ranck Funeral Service, 125 N. Front Street, Milton PA 17847.
