Ruth M. (Adams) Kilgore

SHREWSBURY- Ruth M. (Adams) Kilgore, 87, of Shrewsbury died, Thursday, December 23, 2010 at Barbara J. Egan Nursing Home and Rehabilitation Center in Shrewsbury. She was the wife of the late Richard M. Kilgore who died in 1990. Mrs. Kilgore was born in York on November 25, 1923, a daughter of the late Leon J. and Sara E. (Zinn) Adams. Mrs. Kilgore was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution and a member and volunteer with the library of the York Historical Society. Mrs. Kilgore leaves a daughter, Bridget Kilgore-Prugh of Londonderry, New Hampshire and a grandson, John Richard Cedric Prugh of Alexandria, VA. Interment will be private in Mount Rose Cemetery in York, following cremation. Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Rd. in York is in charge of the arrangements.
