Ruth A. (Urich) Yinger

ETTERS- Ruth A. (Urich) Yinger, 82, died on Tuesday, November 23, 2010 at HealthSouth Regional Specialty Hospital in Mechanicsburg. She was the wife of the late Austin Yinger, who passed away on August 22, 1998. The couple had been married for over 49 years. A celebration of life service will be 12 noon on Saturday, November 27, 2010 at Beaver-Urich Funeral Home, 305 W. Front St., Lewisberry, PA 17339, with Pastor David A. Yost officiating and the Reverend James E Winter, Sr. assisting. A viewing will be from 10 a.m.-12 p.m. prior to the service. Burial will be held in Paddletown Cemetery. Mrs. Yinger was born on December 2, 1927 in Goldsboro, a daughter of the late Walter G. and Lydia (Updegraph) Urich. She was a housewife. Mrs. Yinger was a member of the Newberrytown Church of God. Mrs. Yinger enjoyed playing the piano at church and playing cards. As a youngster she received tap dancing lessons. Most importantly, she loved her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Mrs. Yinger is survived by two sons, Galen Yinger and his wife, Karen of Nazareth, PA and Randy Yinger of Lewisberry; three grandchildren, Christopher, Matthew and Angela; five great grandchildren, Justine, Michael, Ashley, Kelley and Matthew; one sister, Pearl Keener of Lewisberry; and numerous nieces and nephews.
