RED LION – Russell E. Lehr, III, 43, passed away Friday, February 5, 2016 at his home. A celebration of life tribute service will be held at 5:30 PM Tuesday, February 9, 2016 at Life Tributes by Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Place, Red Lion with The Rev. Dr. Leon C. Via, III officiating. A viewing will be held from 4:30-5:30 PM at the Funeral Home. Born December 31, 1972 in York a son of Betty J. (Rollman) and Russell E. Lehr, Jr. of Red Lion, he was a 1991 graduate of Eastern York High School. Russ had worked at Donsco Inc. in Wrightsville. He loved hunting and fishing, watching NASCAR, Corvettes, and was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan. In addition to his parents, Russ is survived by a son, Cole E. Lehr of Red Lion; a daughter, Kiley Jean Lehr at home; two brothers, Randy L. Lehr and Bill J. and wife Teresa Lehr both of Red Lion; a sister, Bridget D. and husband Donald Jake Smith of Red Lion; maternal grandparents, Patricia E. and John W. Rollman, Jr. of Seven Valleys; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Frances V. and Russell E.
