Ronald R. Zorbaugh

JACKSON TOWNSHIP- Ronald R. \"Blue\" Zorbaugh, 70, of York, died Friday, October 29, 2010 at his residence. He was the husband of Jean M. (Peterson) Zorbaugh. The couple celebrated their 48th wedding anniversary on July 14, 2010. \r\n \r\n A Viewing will be held from 6-8 p.m. on Tuesday, November 2, 2010 at Heffner Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Rd. in York. \r\n \r\n Mr. Zorbaugh was born in York on September 4, 1940, a son of the late Robert and Marguerette (Shaffer) Zorbaugh. He retired from Paul Deller, now Red Oak Construction in Red Lion after 44 years service working in construction for many area companies.\r\n \r\n Mr. Zorbaugh was a member of West Manchester VFW post 7374. He was an avid outdoorsman and loved his Bassett Hounds Diamond and Lucy.\r\n \r\n Along with his wife, Mr. Zorbaugh leaves three sons, Michael of Spring Grove, Ronald of Shiloh, and Robert of Glen Rock; 12 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; two brothers William Strait and Richard Zorbaugh; a sister Shirley Babcock; and nieces and nephews.\r\n \r\n Memorial contributions may be made to Bassett Rescue of Old Dominion (BROOD), c/o John Warner, 15213 Clear Spring Rd., Williamsport, MD 21795 or Animal Rescue, Inc., P.O.
