Ronald R. Lehr

DALLASTOWN- Ronald Raymond “Putz” Lehr, 82 passed away Saturday, August 7, 2021 at Victorian Villa in Dallastown. A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, August 12, 2021 at Manchester Union Cemetery. His pastor, Beth Schlegel will be officiating at the service. The service will be live broadcast at HeffnerCare.com with a link on his obituary. Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Rd. in York is in charge of the arrangements. Mr. Lehr was born in North York, a Christmas Eve baby on December 24, 1938, the son of the late Raymond R. and Myra B. (Aughenbaugh) Lehr. He retired from Johnson Controls after 26 years of service. Mr. Lehr was a member of St. Peter’s Lutheran Church in York. He was a member of York Rifleman Association and enjoyed attending car shows. Mr. Lehr leaves a daughter, Juliane and other children; a sister, Mary Lou Stough and her husband Paul of York; nieces and nephews; as well as great and great, great nieces and nephews.
