YORK- Ronald L. Fink, 74, of York Township, died, Sunday, January 15, 2012 at York Hospital. He was the husband of Orbie E. (Boyer) Fink. The couple celebrated their 33rd wedding anniversary on September 28th. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, January 18, 2012 at Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Rd. in York, with a viewing form 9-10 a.m. His pastor, The Reverend Donald Hubbell will be officiating at the service. Burial will be in Quickel’s Cemetery in Zion’s View. Mr. Fink was born in York New Salem on December 27, 1937, a son of the late Robert D. Fink, Sr. and Hazel A. (Drawbaugh) Fink. He retired in 1994 after 30 years of service at Caterpillar in York and then worked for PADE for 10 years. Mr. Fink was a member of First Church of the Brethren in York and a 1955 graduate of Spring Grove High School. Mr. Fink leaves two sons, Terry Fink of Dover and Randy Fink of York; three daughters, Stacey McQuay and her husband Franklin of York, Cindy Landis and her husband Harry of York, and Wendy Blair and her husband Doug of Mount Wolf; ten grandchildren; a great grandson; a sister, Pat Lentz of Sevenvalleys; nieces and nephews; and his precious Bichon named Duke. He was preceded in death by his brother, Robert D. Fink, Jr. and a great grandson, Angelo Michael Lewis. In Lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Pinnacle Health Patient Assistance Fund, 205 South Front Street, Brady #8, Harrisburg, PA 17104, Attn: Kim Barnett or Millstone Kennels, 455 Trinity Rd., York, PA 17408, Attn: Mr. and Mrs. Fishel.
