Ronald E. "Ron" Fantaskey

RENOVO - Ronald E. "Ron" Fantaskey, 65, died on Wednesday, February 28, 2018 at Bucktail Medical Center, S. Renovo. He was born in Renovo on September 28, 1952 and was the son of the late Fredrick and Edith (Serafini) Fantaskey who survives. Ron was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Renovo. He enjoyed taking walks, camping and going to Dunkin Donuts in Lock Haven. In addition to his father, Ron was preceded in death by one brother; Raymond Fantaskey who died June 11, 1998. Memorial contributions can be made in his memory to the Improvement Fund at St. Joseph Catholic Church or Bucktail Medical Center. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, March 5, 2018 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 925 Huron Ave., Renovo with the Rev. Joseph Orr officiating. Friends and relatives will be received from Noon to 12:45p.m., Monday at the Maxwell Funeral Home, 205 Fifth St., Renovo. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery, Hyner.
