Romaine E. (Nonemaker) Lecrone

YORK - Romaine E. (Nonemaker) Lecrone, 88, passed away Friday, July 24, 2009 at Manor Care Kingston Court. She was the wife of the late John P. Lecrone. Funeral services and burial will be private. Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Road, York is in charge of arrangements. Born March 29, 1921 in York a daughter of the late Clarence and Lydia (Fourhman) Nonemaker, she had worked at the former Orinaka Silk Supply. She had been a member of the former Emanuel Evangelical Reformed Church. Mrs. Lecrone is survived by a son, Bradley E. and wife Judy Lecrone of York; two daughters, Gail E. Frey of York and Susan K. and husband Samuel Keller of York; five grandchildren; and two great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a brother, Pierson Nonemaker; and a sister, Dorothy Schaeffer.
