Rodney Carl Frey, 76, of Windsor Township, passed away, Tuesday, August 15, 2017 at his residence. A celebration of life memorial service will be held at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, August 22, 2017 at Life Tributes by Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Place in Red Lion. Certified Celebrant Jessica Smith will be officiating at the service. Burial will be private in Mt. Zion Cemetery in York. Mr. Frey was born in York on January 26, 1941, the son of the late Austin and Theresa (Schwab) Frey. He attended Red Lion High School and served in the US Army. Mr. Frey leaves a brother, Martin Frey and his wife Jane; a nephew, Randy Frey, a niece, Kimberly Krall; and a cousin, Richard Frey.
