STEWARTSTOWN - Robert L. Sprenkle II, 71, passed away Monday November 15, 2021 at Select Specialty Hospital – York. A private family service will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family. Heffner Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Inc. 1551 Kenneth Road in York is assisting assisting with arrangements. Born August 11, 1950 in York, he was the son of the late Robert L. Sprenkle and Gloria J. (Murphy) Tyson. After Graduating high school, Mr. Sprenkle worked over 25 years for Baltimore Gas and Electric Co. as an equipment operator, after a few other jobs, he finished his career at Miller Pipeline. Mr. Sprenkle was a long-time member of both the Stewartstown Legion and the Collinsville Fish and Game Association. In his spare time, Mr. Sprenkle enjoyed hunting, shooting trap, and playing pool. Mr. Sprenkle is survived by his two sons, Robert L. Sprenkle III and his wife Cher, and William Sprenkle and his wife Jackie; five grandchildren, Nickolas, Ryan, Joel, Brooklyn, and Parker; two brothers, Thomas Tyson, and James Tyson; and a sister, Valerie Sprenkle.
