RED LION – Robert L. Rohrbaugh, 86, passed away Saturday, January 25, 2014 at his home. He was the husband of Isabel E. (Neff) Rohrbaugh to whom he was married for 62 years. A celebration of life tribute service will be held at 1:00 PM Wednesday, January 29, 2014 at Life Tributes by Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Place, Red Lion with his pastor, The Rev. Troy R. Harrold and The Rev. Stephany S. Sechrist officiating. A visitation will be held from 12-1:00 PM Wednesday at the Funeral Home. Full military rites will be provided by Dallastown American Legion Honor Guard. Private burial will be in Zion U.M. Cemetery. Born June 30, 1927 in Seven Valleys, a son of the late Robert M. and Lottie (Krebs) Rohrbaugh, he was a graduate of Codorus Township High School near Glenville. Mr. Rohrbaugh retired from AMP after 40 years of service. He was a member of Dallastown American Legion, Red Lion VFW, Adamsville United Methodist Church, and volunteered for Red Lion Ambulance for 15 years. His Masonic affiliations include F& AM Red Lion Lodge and Scottish Rite. Robert also enjoyed hunting and farming. He was a US Army veteran of WWII. In addition to his wife, Mr. Rohrbaugh is survived by a daughter, Joan E. and husband William Troutman of Elizabethtown; a son, Robert M. Rohrbaugh and his wife Ellen Quinn of Guilford, Conn.; and two grandchildren, Lindsay and Billy Troutman. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice & Community Care, 224 St. Charles Way, Suite 200, York, PA 17402 or a favorite charity.
