Robert L. Kepler

Renovo - Robert L. Kepler, 74 of Shintown died Wednesday, December 3, 2008 at the Sunbury Community Hospital, Emergency Room. He was born August 3, 1934 in Renovo a son of the late Edwin L. & Ruth E. (Gephart) Kepler. Robert was a self employed carpenter for many years. He attended Grace Baptist Church, North Bend. Robert enjoyed woodworking, hunting, trapping and metal detecting. Surviving are three sons David A. (Lisa) Kepler of Olean, NY, Mark L. Kepler and Jeff Kepler both of Shintown and also one daughter Lisa Brooks of Middleburg. Six grandchildren and six great grandchildren Also one brother John (Elizabeth) Kepler of Drury's Run, PA and a sister Sally Vroman of Renovo. A memorial service will be held 2:00 P.M. Saturday, December 6, 2008 at Grace Baptist Church, North Bend with Rev. Mahlon Nevel officiating. Private interment will be at North Bend Cemetery. Maxwell Funeral Home, 205 Fifth Street, Renovo has charge of arrangements.
