Robert L. Howell

YORK- Robert L. Howell, 55, died on Sunday, July 1, 2007. He was the husband of Susan E. (Tyson) Howell. The couple celebrated their 16th wedding anniversary on December 31, 2006. Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Rd. in York is in charge of the arrangements. Bob was born in Baltimore County on February 14, 1952, a son of the late Worth W. and Lettie M. (Church) Howell. He retired from Georgia Pacific Company in Mt. Wolf. Bob leaves two daughters: Batina "Tina" Scott and Cheyanna Howell, both of York, a son, Joshua Howell of Dallastown, a stepson, Troy Tyson of Glen Rock, four grandchildren: Erica Howell, Gryphon Scott, Tayla Scott, and Natalie Howell, five step grandchildren: Ashley, Amber, and Hannah Perkins and Damain and Gabriel Tyson. He also leaves five brothers and sisters: Beulah Mason of Edgewood, MD, Dean Howell of Dallastown, Betty Cheek of Glen Rock, Milldred Turnbaugh of Whitehall, MD, and Norman Howell of El Paso, TX.
