Robert L. Galbraith Jr.

YORK - Robert Lex Galbraith Jr., 86, passed away on Wednesday, February 17, 2021 at York Hospital. Robert was the husband of the late Fay H. (Miller) Galbraith, who passed away on January 13, 2021. The couple was wed for 66 years. Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory Inc. 1551 Kenneth Road is in charge of arrangements. Born in Huntingdon on October 2, 1934, Robert was the son of the late Robert L. and Marjorie D. (Reese) Galbraith Sr. A 1952 graduate of William Penn Senior High School—Harrisburg, Mr. Galbraith loved fishing, wood working, painting and spending time with his grandkids. He retired from Maple Press Printing after 26 years of service. Mr. Galbraith is survived by three daughters; Debra L. Storicks and husband, Vic of Erie, Laurie A. Miller of York and Heather Y. Kottmyer and husband, John of York; three grandchildren, Jerry, Daniel and Nathaniel; and four great grandchildren, Casey, Zachary, Zoey and Kyle; and his brother John Galbraith.
